Vehicle Liability:
If you choose to take one of our vehicles for a lesson or P1 assessment and fail to follow Instructions that directly causes an accident you will be liable for the cost of repairs or the excess whichever is cheaper.
If you choose to take your own personal car Ls2ps and or their staff ARE NOT liable for any costs associated to any damage that may occur as a result of the Learner driver and or other road users.

The prices of our Services are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Ls2Ps reserve the right to adjust prices in response to market conditions and other variables.
For services already purchased, prior to any price change will be honored.
We suggest you review pricing before finalizing your order.
LESSON PACKAGES:
THERE ARE NO Driving Lesson Packages AT THIS TIME.
Driving Lesson Packages contain multiple single Driving Lessons that can be booked over time.
Driving lesson cannot be transferred to any other party
Driving Lesson Packages are valid for 12 months and non-refundable.
Lesson packages are linked
to your Name and are therefore non-transferable, Any unused Lessons within a package after 12 months
will expire and be forfeited.
CANCELLATIONS FOR SINGLE LESSON, BULK LESSON PACKAGES & ASSESSMENTS:
Ls2Ps require at least 24hrs notice to cancel or reschedule lessons or Assessments
If we do not receive 24 hrs. notice you will NOT be rescheduled.
It is a state growth requirement our assessor do not conduct assessments if you do not meet the requirements.

NO SHOW – NO REFUND – IF YOU ARE SICK WE NEED TO KNOW IMMEDIATELY TO CANCELL WITH STATE GROWTH.
You cannot have more than one active booking, if you book a second assessment you will NOT be refunded the second test fee
DURATION AND LOCATIONS FOR LESSONS:
Driving Lessons are 50 minutes.
THERE ARE NO PICK UP AND DROP OFFS AT THIS TIME. MEETING PLACES ARE PER THE SERVICE AREAS.

Vehicle Roadworthiness
If conducting Lessons or P1 Assessment in your vehicle, you confirm that the vehicle is roadworthy to
Transport Tasmania standards. Please see link below
Suitable vehicle guidelines – Transport Services
Ls2Ps Assessor will conduct a safety check in accordance to transports services guidelines.
If your vehicle is deemed unsuitable to conduct the assessment you will be given 10 minutes to rectify any issues if you are unable to fix the issues your assessment will be terminated and will not be rescheduled and will be determined that the assessment was cancelled without 24 hrs. notice and a full fee at the time of booking will apply. (In accordance with Ls2Ps cancellation policy)
